Why We're Different

Quality Checked

✔ We only select pieces made with quality materials and craftsmanship to bring lasting character to your home.

✘ Endless choices can mean inconsistent quality, making it harder to find a piece you can feel confident bringing into your home.

Free Shipping

✔ We keep pricing simple with free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.  No minimum purchase required.

✘ Additional shipping costs or purchase minimums can make it harder to know what you'll actually pay until checkout.

U.S. Inventory

✔ We ship directly from our U.S. inventory, giving us greater control over your delivery experience.

✘ Supplier-direct fulfillment can mean less control over inventory and fulfillment.

Easy Returns

✔ We make returns easy with a straightforward 30-day return policy.

✘ Other Return policies may include exclusions, return-shipping costs, or restocking fees.

Personal Support

✔ Staying small is part of who we are, so every customer receives thoughtful, personalized support.

✘ As companies grow, customer service can become increasingly automated and impersonal.
